People have been making teas for thousands of years there are no right or wrong way to do it. Here is a simple recipe or two to begin.
* Add 1 tablespoon of Yogi Tea leaves to one litre of boiling water and simmer for 10 – 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to draw for 10 minutes. Add some warm milk or coconut milk and sweeten if required.
* Add half a litre of coconut milk and sugar to a small pot. Add 1 teaspoon of Chai Yogi Tea. Simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Ingredients: Ginger, Cinnamon Bark, Cardamom, Cloves, Pepper, Hemp Flower (Cannabis Sative L). Approximate weight 100g.
