I did not receive a confirmation email after placing my order.
Please check your spam folder. Occasionally emails do go missing. If you place an order with us we will see this on the backend of the website site and ship the order when the payment is cleared! Please send us a message if you wish for more information!

Can we pay with credit card on your site?
Bank transfer is currently all we have to make payments.

How do I pay for an Item?
Bank transfer as mentioned above.

What kind of products do you sell?
We sell a range of products, namely flowers, oils and cosmetics as well as pasta and teas, all made from hemp and often contained CBD, a compound naturally contained in hemp. CBD is generally considered a safe and non-addictive substance.

What happened to the shop from February to May 2021?
There are discrepancies between EU law, which validates the use and sale of CBD, and German law, which maintains the products in a blurry zone. Until this legal conflict is resolved, the authorities sometimes raid shops and check products. The Looseleaf shop had to close for a while, but we are happy to be back on track to provide you with the best natural CBD products avaliable.

How does shipping work?
We ship across Germany using Deutsch Post prio. When sending to other EU countries, Hermes, GLS or DHL. Generally we don’t ship outside of the EU. We use discreet packaging and smell proof sachets for added precaution. There is no mention of what is inside the parcels. Items will have a tracking number available on request.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders usually take 1 business day to be processed.
Delivery in Berlin is usually 1-2 days.
Delivery time 2-4 days for the rest of Germany, and 3-5 days for the rest of Europe. Please be patient as these are only estimates.
It can take longer, especially during periods where people order online a lot, like Christmas and New Years.
Please note: orders paid for by bank transfer need to wait until the funds have been received in our accounts to be shipped. This may take an additional 2-5 days depending on your bank and country.

Do you ship over weekends?
Orders taken Saturday and Sunday will generally be posted Monday.

Do you accept returns?
No, we do not accept returns. If you want to try a new product, we advise that you first order a small quantity to see if you like it.

Is CBD legal?
Yes. CBD is legal in Germany. According to the German Narcotics Law, CBD (Cannabidiol) is not listed as a substance under strict control and regulation. Indeed, it has no psychoactive effects. THC, another active substance contained in the cannabis plant – is however strictly regulated. Consult this article for more information on EU regulations.

I am subject to drugs testing – is it OK to use CBD products?
No. Drug tests are very sensitive and may detect even the minutest traces of THC that our products may contain. If you are subject to drugs tests for whatever reason, be safe and do not use any CBD products.

Can I buy ‘real weed’ from you, just a few grams?
No. We only sell products with very low THC, according to EU regulations.
